Open Workout 20.4

In 20.4 our members took on another 20 minute workout. This one consisted of 30 step ups or box jumps, clean and jerks with decreasing reps but increasing weight, and pistol squats or weighted box step ups. This was a tough one and everyone did so well. So many PR’s!

It was also our Halloween themed night with lots of awesome costumes, as well as a couple of very special member’s birthday, which we celebrated after the last heat!
