CrossFit Open Workout 20.3 was a repeat from 18.4. It saw our athletes complete 21-15-9 of deadlifts and handstand push-ups (or hand-release push-ups), followed by 21-15-9 of heavier deadlifts broken up by 50′ of handstand walking or bear crawl. Athletes had 9 minutes to complete the workout, or get as far as they could!
