Healthy Granola

This granola is the perfect topping to some protein rich Greek yogurt, or just as a crunchy snack by the handful.

Here is what you’ll need!

2 cups oats
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ hemp seeds
½ chia seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins 
1 cup shaved almonds, or almond pieces
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 cup pecans, chopped into pieces
½ cup hazelnuts, chopped into pieces 
pinch of salt 
pinch of cinnamon 
2 large tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ cup melted coconut oil
*Feel free to add/omit certain nuts/dried fruit to adjust to your liking. This recipe is easily adapted to fit your taste buds needs!*

Here is what you’re going to want to do!

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Once combined, spread out across a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before serving, and store in an air tight container or mason jar! Ps. You might as well just go ahead and make a double batch while you’re at it 😉
