BBQ Veggies and Potatoes

This grilled veggies and potatoes recipe is the perfect side to any meat or protein dish that you may be grilling up!

What you’ll need:

-Baby potatoes

-Carrots

-Zucchini

-Onions

-Peppers

-Olive oil

-Seasoning salt/spices

What you’ll do:

Chop all your ingredients in cubes. Toss with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt or spices of choice. Preheat BBQ on low/medium heat. Spread veggies out on a grilling sheet or in a BBQ grill basket. Check often and grill until potatoes and carrots are soft. ENJOY!
