BBQ Basket Shrimp & Veggies

Supper could NOT be more simple…
Here is what you need:

-Sweet potatoes or baby potatoes
-Cherry Tomato
-Bell Peppers
-Olive Oil
-Sea Salt
-Cajun Spice

-Heat BBQ to medium heat
-Wash and chop potatoes and veggies (keep potatoes and veggies separate)
-Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and seasoning
-Add potatoes to BBQ basket, and cook, stirring occasionally until softened
-Add remaining veggies and cook until almost done (soft)
-While potatoes/veggies are cooking, drizzle shrimp with oil and seasoning – add to basket once veggies have 3-5 minutes left to cook (shrimp don’t take long to cook!)

And…. DONE! Enjoy!
