CrossFit Group Class

A class designed to allow anyone of any fitness level succeed. With our Level Method Programming, group classes are a great place for very beginners or experts. Each workout is lead by a coach, tailored to you, and done in an encouraging and uplifting class setting!

Personal Training

If you are looking for a 1:1 approach to your health and fitness goals, PT is for you. If you are training for a specific goal, rehabing an injury, or just prefer the 1:1 attention, our perosnal trainers are experts in the field and ready to help you reach whatever goal you may have.

Transformation Coaching

You are ready to tackle big life change. You need someone to help you create a healthy lifestyle, including your nutrition, fitness, and mindset. With the accountability of your own coach, we will guide you through each step of creating a healthy, vibrant, and consistent lifestyle.

Longevity

Our longevity class is there to provide a low-impact fitness option for those who are exercising for longevity in the 60+ years of life!

Small Group Training

If you and a few friends like to keep things a bit more intimate, but still like to have a great time training togehter, our small group training offers the perfect hybrid between group class and 1:1 training.

Teens Class

Our teens class provides a safe, encouraging, and uplifting space for teens of any fitness level to come and enjoy physical activity. Whether they are trianing for sport, for fun, or just to burn some energy and learn to lift, our CrossFit Teens class is the place for them!
