CrossFit Open Workout 20.5

The 2020 CrossFit Open wrapped up with a bang! This workout consisted of 40 Ring Muscle Ups, or Pull-Ups, 80 Cal Row, and 120 Wall Balls. Athlete’s had 20 minutes to complete all of the reps. This was the first time where athletes were allowed to choose to complete the reps however they wished. It added another element to the workout as many different strategies were used, and some had to be thrown out the window completely!
