For example, in your fitness category, you could choose CrossFit, running, yoga, sports, yard work, walking, skiing, or whatever form of physical activity you enjoy! Everytime you perform one of these activities, you are investing in your health and fitness bank account. These small investments slowly gain interest and help you create a buffer to the unknowns of tomorrow.
(We just so happen to think that a well programmed CrossFit fitness regime is the most effective and efficient way to build up your bank account 😉 )
It becomes more challenging to fight off injury and disease if you haven’t spent the time and energy investing into these categories. You need to take responsibility for your time.
