“For as long as I can remember, my weight has been on a constant roller coaster. Ever since my 20s, I’ve swung between diets, programs, resets, and restarts—each one promising results, each one leaving me right back where I started. I’ve done Weight Watchers, survived keto, and even endured the infamous cabbage soup diet (if you know, you know).
Nothing ever stuck. Nothing ever felt like me.
